The Church App Child Safety Standards
The Church App and ABC Digital are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or harms children.
These standards apply to all users of the Church app application.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
* Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
* Grooming or attempting to exploit a child
* Sharing, uploading, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
* Sexualisation or exploitation of minors
* Any activity that threatens the safety or well-being of children
* Any content that encourages or facilitates abuse of children
Any account found engaging in these activities will be immediately suspended or permanently removed.
Reporting Content or Users
Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the application.
Content that can be reported includes:
* Messages
* Community Posts
* Prayer Requests
* User Profiles
* Photos and Videos
* Comments
Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.
Moderation
The Church App reviews reported content and takes appropriate action, which may include:
* Removing content
* Restricting features
* Suspending accounts
* Permanently banning users
* Reporting illegal activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law
User Safety
To help protect our community, users are encouraged to:
* Report abusive or suspicious behavior.
* Avoid sharing personal information publicly.
* Respect all community members.
* Follow our Community Guidelines.
Child Protection
Although the application may contain ministries and events for children (such as Kids Church), the app is intended to provide information and communication for church members and families. Any interaction involving children must comply with applicable child protection laws and these standards.

Compliance
